   4. Non-Refundable Charges – Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
   5. Customer’s Responsibility – The customer will bear the delivery charges for exchanges, except in cases of damage or leakage.
   6. Damaged or Leaked Products – If the product arrives damaged or leaked due to our fault, we will cover all return and exchange delivery charges.
   7. No Returns or Exchanges on Sale Items – Products purchased on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
